Price List

REGULAR HOURS AND AFTER HOURS: We charge the same rates seven days a week, after hours are flexible to the customers needs, as we may not charge extra for after hours if we plan it in advance.

We strive to give the customer: excellent service, a pleasant attitude, reasonable rates, and 100% satisfaction with our work performed.

Prices do not include the trip charge of $70.00, this is a partial list of what work we perform, call us for more information of what we can do for you.

This is our two most popular services in Wasilla and surrounding areas

Customers locked out of their house or automobile:

Homes and most automobiles: $80.00 (total cost) in Wasilla and surrounding areas.

Rekeying a home:

One to two doors average: $120.00-$130.00 (total cost)

Two to three doors average $130.00-$150.00 (total cost)

Up to five keys included with the house rekeying.

The above prices are "typical" of openings and house rekeying.

LOCKSMITH

LOCKOUT/OPENING
Home, business $80.00 average cost.
Example: If you have a dead bolt it may cost extra.
Automobile doors only $80.00

FIRST FIT KEYS
We do not make "first fit" keys for transponder automobile, ATV or Motorcycles.
We do work on: Airplanes, filing cabinets, keys by code, old furniture, boats, trailers and more.

REKEYING
Per key cylinder $15.00
Master key per cylinder $17.00
Interchangeable cores per cylinder $20.00
Included is the removal and replacement of the lock.
Example: If you have a dead bolt and you use a key from the outside and inside it is two cylinders.

DOORS
New Installation of; lock hardware, doors, closures, panic hardware, call for a quote.
Repairs; lock, hinge, welding steel door and frames, call for a quote.

HOURLY RATES
Hourly Rates $85.00 (per hour) (per hour broken down to half hour increments)

TRIP CHARGE
$80.00 Wasilla
Out of the Wasilla city limits call for quotes.
Prices do not include the trip charge.

SAFES

SAFE OPENING
Drill open fire, B, C rate $130.00-$350.00
Drill open TL15/TL30 $350.00-550.00
Drill open in the floor safe square $200.00-$350.00

Attempted break in, quotes only.

SAFE COMBINATION CHANGE
Combination change $35.00 (per lock)
Combination Hand Change $45.00-$65.00 (per lock)
Combination vault lock $35.00-$65.00 (per lock)

SAFE SERVICE/REPAIR
Service safes, average $50.00
Service vaults, average $130.00
Repairs to safe and vaults, quotes only.
Weld repairs to safe and vaults, quotes only.

First hour safe opening (minimum) $120.00 and up.

SAFE MOVING
We would be glad to give you a quote on moving your safe. Maximum weight we can move is 1,000 pounds.
Prices do not include the trip charge.

Install the Kaba Mas locks on GSA containers $150.00

RE-INSPECTION OF A GSA CONTAINER
One drawer GSA container $350.00
Two drawer GSA container $375.00
Four drawer GSA container $450.00
Five drawer GSA container $575.00
Map and Plan GSA container $375.00
Each additional multi lock drawer on container to inspect $75.00
NOTE:
This includes the replacement GSA label and paperwork if the GSA container passes inspection. This does not include repairs to the GSA container to bring it back to GSA standards.

CDX-09 INSTALLED
Minimum labor installation $150.00-$300.00 not including extra parts that may be needed.

OPEN-REPAIR GSA CONTAINERS
Drill open GSA Red Label container or vault $640.00
Drill open GSA Black Label container or vault $390.00
Repair a Black or Red label GSA container or vault, $375.00

TRIP CHARGE
Call for quotes, the above prices do not include a trip charge.
